To accommodate a new tower block, additional pile caps are introduced to cater and enhance the bearing capacity. Micro pile are installed to the basement for new pile caps and ground improvement due to space constraint. Existing footing has been trimmed and modified. Existing Slab are highlighted and demolish prudentially as it need to be joining back to new structural elements to form a new structural in another level for swimming pool deck.
